A Waldorf doll is your child's best friend, someone to share good and bad days. The more you love your child's doll, the more your child will love and take care of his/her baby.
Waldorf dolls are soft and warm, made of love and natural materials. The head is hard and, attached with a spine, does not wobble. As young children imitate everything in their surroundings a limp raggedy doll or a sloppy animal will promote bad posture. A Waldorf doll's "unfinished" features encourage the child's imagination.
And yes a boy needs a doll, maybe only one, and given before three bonding will be easier.
